Apartment people have been notified of the water-running-down-the-wall issue, and as the place has recently been bought out by some other company, I made sure to inform them that this was the same apartment that flooded last March so they'd take it damn seriously. :)

In yuletide news, I'm actually fairly happy with my story as it stands, but I now have to gird my loins and face that fact that it needs a title, and I have no idea what to call it. Aarg.

In my random websearching I stumbled across this page, about the foliage at a shrine in Japan, that was obviously translated with an online translator. But the individual picture captions turned out quite poetic. (If you're on a slow modem, beware: clicking on a picture loads the entire thing and it tends to be about half a meg).
