Apartment people have been notified of the water-running-down-the-wall issue, and as the place has recently been bought out by some other company, I made sure to inform them that this was the same apartment that flooded last March so they'd take it damn seriously. :)

In yuletide news, I'm actually fairly happy with my story as it stands, but I now have to gird my loins and face that fact that it needs a title, and I have no idea what to call it. Aarg.

You could always go the trashy romance novel route and name it $ADJ $NOUN
For example: "Savage Thunder" "Tropical Splendor" "Savage Splendor", etc.
