Mua-ha-ha-ha the combined "WTF?!" of LJ users seems to have convinced LJ to remove that little affiliate-tag-replacing bit of code, so my DW crosspost footer is now smaller again. Until I find out they're doing something else.

Do you know how annoying it is to try to find a theatre showing something not in 3D on its opening weekend? Very.*






* I have pushed the burden of phoning the theatre we found and confirming that the second theatre showing Alice isn't in 3D on to myrialux because I am just that awesome.

Also...

...I woke up out of a frustration/anxiety dream this morning that incorporated the piano! I was in a house with someone and was going to practice on this old piano and then people kept coming in to the room (possibly to shoot a film?), and I decided to practice anyway and just subject them to my awful playing, but then it turned out to be not a piano but a keyboard and I kept flipping switches on it but couldn't get it to work. :)

Of note is this link where an LJ support person shows up in the comments to explain what's going on, at least from her point of view (i.e. we already know that LJ administration is very much a case of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing and so at her level she doesn't know what the higher-ups are doing, only what they tell her).

Dreamwidth invite codes

Since I haven't gotten around to offering them lately, I now have a full sixteen 8 Dreamwidth invite codes available, in case you want to try DW out, for whatever reason. Importing all your LJ stuff is dead easy, if you want a backup.

Comments screened for privacy: post here with an e-mail address for me to send the invite to. It may say user "sumimasen" is sending you the invite: that's me, because I reserved that name in case I wanted to RP in the future. :)
