This is what I was INTENDING to do

You may recall the 3D oops I posted which spawned the fake grimdark book cover (AO3 link).

Now I get to figure out exactly what I'm going to do with him. I was aiming for practicing grimdark covers and hopefully coming up with a premade I could post, so now I need to start figuring out how best to do that.

More on the sword dude

Going on from my previous post, this is what I've been working on for the sword dude as far as backgrounds go.

And, erg, it looks worse than it should (mostly in the background) right now due to compression and jpg stuff. I may throw away some of what I've been doing most recently, like blurring the background, but we'll see.
