OK, so it's the proof copy, which is one copy of the book so that I can check it for problems before they commit to the 100-copy (OMG 100 copies! Thank you, pre-order people for ordering enough that we can afford to up the print run!) run of Project Blue Rose.
There is, of course, one problem:

I'm going to ask them: if I send in a revised cover where that's moved over just a tad, can they run the books without running another proof copy, because if they have to do that it's going to take time and I won't meet the A-Kon deadline.
