Nifty idea, but hopefully not to be used in associating RL names with LJ names.

The comment thing...

I've got a report that apparently unchecking the "Email comments to me" option and then rechecking it in your journal info seems to reset something and your comments start getting mailed to you. I don't know if it works, but it's worth a try.

Taking a leaf from [livejournal.com profile] celticdragonfly with this lack-of-comments-notifications things and posting a link to http://www.livejournal.com/tools/recent_comments.bml, which, if you're a free user, will show the last 10 comments made in your journal, and if you're a paid user, will show the last 50.

Now to slap this into my Memories, so I can refer to it when I don't have it bookmarked.
