I think I'm getting the con crud, some sort of respiratory thing, and what's really annoying is that it seems dead set on hitting me the worst during the weekend, instead of during the week when I could take off work. :P

If it keeps getting worse, I might go home early. I have to hit the grocery store anyway, since there is no edible food in the apartment, and it'd be nice to not have to fight Friday after-work shoppers.

That's one thing that I hate about cons - they're full of DISEASE O_O After Katsucon in February, I woke up the next morning delerious, dehydrated and with a fever of 103º...

It might not be Con Crud. There's a general ickiness going around right now, esp. in my office. I think so far, I'm the only one not sniffling every minute or coughing a great deal.

Nah, it being con crud and it being somethign going around are not mutually incompatible: con crud is pretty much whatever you happen to catch at cons. :)

Ditto what emtigereyes is saying. All of my friends recently caught a bug, but I have been germ-free thus far. Hot Totti's (?) were apperntly very helpful to the healing process.

Con crud is officially whatever you get at a con, so it's not incompatible with whatever bug is going around - in fact, it's quite likely to be whatever bug is going around. :)

But a hot toddy sounds quite good...
