I think I'm getting the con crud, some sort of respiratory thing, and what's really annoying is that it seems dead set on hitting me the worst during the weekend, instead of during the week when I could take off work. :P

If it keeps getting worse, I might go home early. I have to hit the grocery store anyway, since there is no edible food in the apartment, and it'd be nice to not have to fight Friday after-work shoppers.

Nah, it being con crud and it being somethign going around are not mutually incompatible: con crud is pretty much whatever you happen to catch at cons. :)
