The problem is that I don't want to go to Dreamwidth. I don't like it.

Yeah, there's that. (There's always leaving altogether and hosting your own Wordpress or other blog, but if you want conversation on an established platform, you still have to crosspost and comment on LJ, DW, or whatever else is out there...)
