Are You Smart Enough to be a (U.S.) Citizen? Theoretical citizenship test. I managed to score a 50, barely scraping into the "With Distinction" area, thanks to vague memories of middle and high school classes in American history and government. It didn't break down what I got right and what I got wrong, and I suspect all the middle-aged white men on the Supreme Court blended into one another. (I don't think it's fair to provide me with photos of Supreme Court justices and ask me to ID them from that, as I get most of my news from NPR in the mornings! Which is National Public Radio, for the non-USians reading this.)

ETA: I found the link at the bottom which leads to a page that tells you what you got right and wrong, and yup, my biggest point deductions were from mixing up middle-aged white guys on the Supreme Court.

Also, the scourge of Bitchy Resting Face, which I also suffer from. I cannot tell you how many times people have badgered me with "Why are you angry?" until I finally get angry.

How to get a message out when your Land Rover is stuck in mud and you're surrounded by lions.

Man, researchers today have it EASY. Back in MY day we had to tough it out until the lions went away! and no one would go back to that for the world
