I have made these Oatmeal Creme Pies, and they are yummy. They're the homemade version of Little Debbie's Oatmeal Creme Pies, which I adore and therefore do not buy as they do not last long. The ones I baked have a deeper, darker flavor thanks to molasses and dark brown sugar, are a little firmer though still chewy, and the filling isn't as sweet as the Little Debbie version, which is not a bad thing all around.
Verdict: A++ WOULD BAKE AGAIN
Note: I used butter instead of the margarine in the recipe because oh come on. I think it made the cookies a bit thinner and more spread out than the recipe I linked to (and the recipe *it* linked to), but I'm all OK with that.
