Dropbox!

If any of you are thinking about using Dropbox as a place to store files online and use this link to sign up, we each get an extra 250MB of space free. You get 2GB free, but if you would like more, you need to subscribe or rope others into using your referral link. :) I will eventually break down and subscribe, as it's proven far too useful to be able to back files up and to have them accessible from whatever computer I'm on, and I'm nudging up against the limit (darn those large art and photo files!).

Currently reading: Bradamant's Quest, by Ruth Berman. Bradamant, the woman knight from Orlando Furioso, grieving her husband, is given a quest by Oberon, king of the fairies: gather some magical talismans that have been scattered across the land by various members of her family and return them to Oberon.

I'm about 30% in right now, and it's quite engaging. It's episodic, and at least two of the chapters were published as standalone short stories. I haven't read Orlando Furioso, so everything I'm encountering is new and I haven't the slightest idea what is Berman's creation and what comes from the original, if anything. Looking forward to finishing it!
