Token post to say that I think the LJ "strike" is a stupid idea. The way to protest a company's decisions or methods of doing business is not to throw a tantrum, but to communicate with them in a professional manner, or to take your business elsewhere.

That being said, it's a good thing it happened today because I really need to spend today doing work and not reading LJ.

Inevitability

I leave the computer for a bit to grab something to eat. I put the first item within arm's reach on the chair to discourage the cat from sitting on it.
