Stats neepery
You guys managed to pass that RAISED BY PIGEONS manga report around but good!

Now, that multiple-thousand count doesn't mean that the page was loaded multiple-thousand times. That means I got that many requests from that page, and there were 10 pictures on it, so every time the page was loaded, it counts ten hits. So it's not quite as popular as it looks. :D But it was higher than the average I get, and if I post to
scans_daily, as has been requested, it'll probably get much, much, much higher.
Note, however, that Kenpachi Zaraki in a Schoolgirl Uniform, with about 6 or 7 pics on the page, I think, is still holding steady, and it's even beating out the number of times Leonardo's War Machine was called, if you count the hotlinking from that Russian site.
I'm not worried about hotlinking. I've got 5 terabytes of bandwidth on the account and between all of us that I'm hosting, we've only gone through 3 gigs so far this month. But thanks to manga and doujinshi CRACK I've finally used more bandwidth for my own pages than
madame_manga has for hers! XD
ETA: Yes, you'll notice that if you put me on an LJ filter and read my LJ through that and load an image I'm hosting on my own site, I can tell what you've named it. So I can tell if you've stuck me on your "people+i+hate" filter! :D
ETA2:

You can see from this, though, that the random zanpakuto generator is still the most popular thing on my site, along with that steady but inexplicable stream of hits on the Japan galleries (are they being hotlinked somewhere?). Not entirely sure why the /pic/ directory isn't showing up here, but I'm sure there's a reason.

http://sitemeter.com/ does much the same thing - if you sign up for a free counter there, and paste the HTML for their image they give you into a post, it tells you how many times it was loaded, and you can get an idea of how popular that page is. Or you can find your own webspace somewhere (or request free space from me XD) that has stats available and do the same thing yourself.

(I'll be getting on that website soon, BTW. Still trying to figure out tables.)

Goodness gracious me... I don't think anyone's hotlinking the Manji/Rin NC-17 pics, because that's the only thing I've uploaded to magatsu.net that I can imagine generates much bandwidth usage. But I could be wrong! Idle curiosity prompts me to wonder if I'm able to see the stats for those directories from my login...

http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/lrbowen/cmorder.htm (3 reqs)
http://us.f369.mail.yahoo.com/ym/ShowLetter (1 req - someone's email)
http://forums.narutofan.com/private.php (1 req - probably not hotlinking, or there'd be more, I'd think)
And the majority of requests seem to be the PDFs, and the most of *that* appears to be the Cardassian Mask pdf, with 405 requests. :D

I ran across someone mildly dissing "The Cardassian Mask" a while back, and told her that I was amazed anyone was still even READING that, since I wrote it twelve freakin' years ago! But I guess I shouldn't actually be surprised that an old Voyager zine is the most-requested item, since Trek is still such a gigantic fandom compared to anything else I've played with since. Which is entirely on purpose, mind you. :P
