New suggestion for international people who want to donate through DonorsChoose via the LJ/SixApart offer:

"International donors too: they need to choose NY as their state and give the international zip code. see list where *=1" doire, here.

Unfortunately there's still the following info if you go to register as a donor

"What if I live outside the United States?
You can still donate via credit card! U.S. citizens living abroad should select "NY" as the state, and enter international contact information inside the fields for Address, City, and Zip/Postal Code. DonorsChoose.org cannot accept donations from non-U.S. citizens."

I just donated it and it went well! I don't think they will be able to send me anything since my address is Yokohama, NY(LOL) but as long as the gift certificate is used, that's a good thing. Right?
