I'm assuming it's in book 8, which has just come out. :) (I haven't got it yet and am dying to see it.)

It is a really fucking awesome series. I've enver seen it in the store, had to get it from Amazon. 3 volumes out so far. The basic story is a group of kids from a Buddhist college, one a hacker, one an embalmer, one the one with the alien puppet, one a dowser, and one that can talk to the dead, get together and form a company to earn money. They go around, find dead bodies, talk to them and find out what they want, then do it so the dead can rest in peace. :)

Somehow Nekozawa didn't make it into your hand-things litany. FIX IT RIGHT NOW

I wish the accepted name was "La Chevaliere d'Eon" instead of "Le Chevalier d'Eon." It's rude. I kind of have a problem with "la papesse Jeanne," too. (...I just realized this, there's got to be manga out there about Pope Joan. And I am going to find it.)

3-volume series ZING! Although it is actually about a girl who has visions of Joan, so she crossdresses as a boy for great justice and goes off to save France. But it's in color!

Nooo, because that's Joan of Arc, not Pope Joan. And there is also another Joan of Arc manga. It is extremely historically accurate and theologically thoughtful, by which I mean that Joan of Arc is a master thief and angels fulfill all the same divine functions as Pokemon.

How could I have forgotten the flying walrus? And I love how I knew X, even though I've never watched the show.
