That's it, people: you are not posting aywhere near enough today to keep me entertained. You have forced me to resort to the Cool Bits generator again.

The plot starts because of a misunderstanding about an anthropomorphic personification. The protagonist, an angry girl in a very short skirt who has prominent wristbones, ends up in the ocean with an educated courtesan.

I want someone to write this because I want to know how these two would end up shipwrecked in the middle of the ocean on a raft, and how it would come from some sort of misunderstanding about an anthropomorphic personification.

The text starts as a person torn between two paths encounters a marriage of convenience while in a sepulchre. The overall narrative is without a hint of a romantic relationship.

Well, at least we know the marriage of convenience isn't going to turn into a love match by the end of the story. :)

The story is a picaresque novel. Romance blossoms between a short person who kicks tremendous ass and a gunfighter with a sense of humor, while difficulties they encounter include cuteness and martyrdom.

I beleive this is an accurate description of Trigun

I believe you are correct!

I don't know how it would happen, but the fandom would probably Sandman.

The story begins in an ivy-covered wishing well, when a woman in men's clothing and a decadent artist meet because of unicorns.

I kind of want to write this, if only so I know why the HELL they're in a wishing well.

And I am spamming you agani, because I just got this gem:

The plot begins with sex somewhere that might be overheard in the Barbary Coast.

Goodness!

Spam away; it keeps me entertained!

And that's some loud sex, I'd think...

It strikes me as a sort-of grown up Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

I think that first one sounds like a Discworld novel involving Death (I think most people misunderstand about him), Susan (who is probably angry about being in the middle of the ocean in a short skirt with someone that undoubtedly irritates her) and some random person as the educated courtesan.

(you made me do it ...)

This narrative contains Gothic novel aesthetics. It starts in a landscape lost in mist with a blind person. The antagonist is a person who is brittle with a tinge of self-loathing and the plot involves elements like unresolved sexual tension between friends and enemies and zeppelins.

Ooooh, Gothic steampunk! And of course a competent blind person would find it easier to navigate said landscape than would a sighted person ...

I want to see how you'd work in the sexual tension with zeppelins.

:-D

Awww, I thought we got to punctuate where we liked with this device! I had visions of dashing, macho zeppelin pilots on opposite sides who start out direly wishing to kill each other and end up ... well, we know where they end up.

(Of course know I'm snickering at the mental pic of the zeppelins hotdogging for each other ... .)

:D By all rights there should be a comma after 'enemies,' but messing with the data to get the grammar to come out correctly would be possible but annoying, and I rather like the unintentional hilarity that pops up occasionally. XD

The first time I shift it from one at a time to five-steps, the first three involve shifters and scars!:
It starts in Heian Japan, with a werebeast. The antagonist is a mute person and the plot involves elements like wit and a sugary sweet relationship.

It starts in a speakeasy, with a blind person. The antagonist is a woman in men's clothing and the plot involves elements like a kiss on the neck from behind and scars on the chest.

The story begins with social satire, and ends with wolves. It features a noble hero who is immature on occasion and someone too focused on a goal to be concerned with sexual matters, but the overall narrative has a bittersweet ending.

Hee. :D Yeah, it tends to clump answers a bit. XD
