60 min. 10.8 mi. Total: 255.8. Crossed the Great East Road, heading into thickets.
Oh, man my butt's numb. But I watched Top Design and half of Mythbusters with no guilt. :)

It's getting better, though. I'm sensitive to sound in the morning, and I've found if I wake up early and grab an earplug and put it into the ear that's not pressed into the pillow, I usually go back to sleep. Otherwise early-morning noises like teh cat in the litterbox or my upstairs neighbor walking about as he gets ready for work (between 4:45 and 5:30), and cars outside keep me from going back to sleep.
I'm really trying to get into bed by 11 with lights out by 11:30 because the ADD symptoms lessen if I have a full night's sleep.
And to wind back to your question, soemtimes I think biking helps by tiring me out. :) I'll probably go to bed fairly early tonight, for a night when I don't have anyplace to be the next morning (usually I'be be up until about 2:30, but I think I may pumpkin before midnight.)

I'm not sure why it doens't bother me more, since sitting on the floor or other hard surfaces bothers me.

My knee is finally getting well enough that I can bike for longer bouts, so maybe that's why it hasn't bothered me before now....
No way I could handle sixty minutes, though. That's awesome! Go you! I know you've really been racking up the mileage. I love these posts of yours because they're very motivating. :D

It is getting easier to keep going for 40 minutes, or to do something else in addition to or instead of the bike, so I'm improving in some fashion, although I don't feel like anything's changed.

Uh. That's all I got.
