Sneak preview...ish

I've been grappling with thumbnails for Spindrift, the Next Thing that rachelmanija and I have been working on, and naturally since I'm doing this, what I really want to do is draw the characters. XD

This is in progress - it's not finished yet, because I still need to clean up the inking, work out where the faces look weird and fix that, and color in the other guy's hair - it's all supposed to be black.

Please also do not take their appearances to be the final versions - they're not quite right, and I'm working on getting them to fit my original character designs. Haven't quite made it yet. :)





Meet Manoj, with the grin, and Rinchen, with the knife. Rinchen's hair isn't that girly, really. Think less "sorority girl" and more "tangled mess."

Will our two protagonists get over their innate differences to get together, or will they realize that they can't stand the sight of each other? You'll just have to wait until I draw it Spindrift is published. Coming soon, to an A-Kon near you!
