And now for something we haven't seen in a very long time...
...it's RETURN of KITTYSPAM!
Jest a cat and her hamster, watchin' the day go by.

This was a really exciting day. The screen is still in the window: she hasn't worked out that a nine-pound cat in full spring could go through it like a sledgehammer through wet Kleenex.

Basking in the sun rays.

Lazy, lazy, kitty, in her second-favorite spot on the back of the futon.

This is why it takes me forever to do laundry. She's got to run and sit in ther dryer when I open it, and it's too deep for me to reach in and drag her out. The kicker? Those are COLD WET clothes, not hot dry ones. My cat is weird.

I had to have at least one goofy picture.

Yet another sleeping kitty pic. THe light is interesting over there.

And last but not least, it's time to play "Spot the Kitty!"

:D That Hamtaro plushie was given to me by Esther Friesner. Well, thrown at me at a panel she was at. It's just the right size for the cat to hold in her front paws and lovingly try to disembwel, and it's held up quite well. One ear is discharging a bit of stuffing right now, but that's all.

No wonder Lady in the Water received bad reviews.....It should have been Lady in the Dryer...I would have seen that one! *winks*

And yes, cold wet clothes, weird cat. But cute.

She has yet to learn of the joy of warm fresh-from-the-dyer clothes, but she also prefers sleeping on hard surfaces to soft ones: if I made the back of the futon into a hard surface somehow, she'd never be pried off it. She likes it there now because she can see around the room, I think.

Ah, yes. Thanks for the laugh. I needed that. :D

(You know it took me weeks to figure out where she was going when I couldn't find her?)
