The cat has a new favorite spot.




Can you spot the kitty in this picture?





Every time I wander by and poke the bulge, she emerges to see if I want anything or if I'm going to do anything interesting, waits for approximately ten metric seconds, then crawls back under the futon and settles down on the edge of the afghan again. You cna also see the evidence she's been here - the shredded receipt I ahvne't cleaned up yet, and the string with feathers on the end that is a favorite toy. (She prefers the end that's just string to the end that's feathers.)

Thus, no more kittyspam, because I can't get a good shot under the futon. XD

Yup. She's taken to that spot, inexplicably. And it has to be bulging out - she can't just lie there normally.

XD I hadn't had a cat of my own for /years/, and love her to death, weird as she is. I can only have one according t my lease, but one day I will move and will find a place that lets me have two, and get a kitten.

Yay for kitty spam!! *huggles kitty* Your cat is cuter than mine. Mine is just cute enough for me not to strangle him when he wakes me up at 3:45am. Grrr....*looks at kitty with barely hidden malice*

One of ours likes to hide under the (big, thick) comforter like that. Gets very indignant when we land on him while sitting down on the bed.

Heh. This one doesn't like things on top of her, but she'll hide behind things happily. Her main hiding spot is on top of the chest of drawers in my closet. Which is where I stack my clean towels, so the top towel is always a loss, since it's covered with cat fur.
