I'm on Soybean, but I used to be on Mad Cow.

What does it mean?

Livejournal's stuff is hoted on a bunch of different computers, and from what I understand, the servers are hooked together into groups (clusters), and smaller groups within those (subclusters). The clusters are given amusing food-related names. :) That little tool says which cluster your LJ is hosted on.

I'm sure that's a horribly simplistic explanation, but I'm only vaguely aware of exactly how these things work.

So, since I am on the same server and subcluster, we are obviously soulmates and are destined to be together. XD

My respect for the lj team just went up a notch by learning that (except for soybean), they have named their clusters after delectable bits of cow.

I for one am on Porterhouse. Gigantic, and mind-blowingly delicious with just a bit of bearnaise sauce.
