SEO spam
Unrelated to my previous post!
As the proud owner of https://www.magatsu.net I get a lot of spam from shady SEO companies who want me to engage their services so I can rank higher on Google. My site is a giant animated 404 with a link to my random generators site and my email address. I do not know what keywords they would suggest I attempt to rank for, because I notice that they cunningly never put that bit of info into their sales pitch. Presumably so they can get me ranked high for some random long-tail keyword like "elegant psychic fruitbat" or what not.*
So the first thing here is that these are all pretty much legit reasons that pages don't rank highly. The content quality is the most important, but exactly how Google calculates content quality is something that many people have built business empires on reverse engineering. And you can get reports of all of the above along with advice on fixing it direct from Google for free.
So you'll note that they do not say what keywords they'll get you a first-page ranking on. And they do not mention that Google curates its search results for you, so nobody gets the exact same results for all searches. That's also part of targeting local markets, as the last item says: if your business is in Dumptruck, Idaho, then people who live in or near Dumptruck will see your site higher in their search results than someone in Lampshade, Arizona. (Which probably helps them out, as you will see your business' search results higher than, say, almost anyone else.)
"Google penguin updates 4.0" is a reference to an algorithm Google adopted back in 2016. I haven't looked too hard into it, but it basically is a way for Google to penalize specific pages on your site that have spammy links without toasting your entire site until the next algorithm update. The real way to avoid penalties from this update is not to engage in spammy marketing.
"Conversion rate" depends entirely on what you have set as your website goals. It doesn't mean you're making more money, it just means that you've got a certain proportion of website users taking an action based on your website. It could be clicking on your Facebook page. It could be signing up for your newsletter. It could be staying on your website for 1 minute longer than average.
In conclusion: if I were a YouTuber, a podcaster, or a journalist I would be immensely tempted to hire one of these organizations to see exactly what they'd do and how they'd do it, and what keywords they'd rank me for. If you are or know of any of those and are willing to experiment, hmu.
* I just checked. As of the date of this post there are no pages that result from a search for "elegant psychic fruitbat" in quotes. I expect within a couple of weeks Google will have spidered my DW again and I might even rank as #1! Without having to pay a shady SEO firm to do so!

Some of the aspects given below:

Note*: We give a guarantee to improve your keyword ranking from the first month itself, if we fail to achieve then money back.So if you optimize your website for Google, you pretty much optimize it for the other search engines. Their algorithms differ slightly, of course, but something that ranks pretty high on Google will rank fairly high on the others. Note that at work I maintain a Google My Business page on Google (because we had to claim it before others did) and I don't need to maintain the corresponding Bing page because Bing just swipes all the information from GMB within a couple of days.
We will be optimizing your website in the major search engines like Google, Yahoo & Bing which results in improvements in keyword ranking, traffic, link popularity, goal conversion, and ROI in the first month of our work.
