Yup, went ahead and made the image in the previous post into a premade fantasy cover and posted it to Etsy. We'll see if anyone likes it!. :) (or if my SEO attempt there works...)

it is stunning, but someone can't count: regular price: £264.48. Reduced price: £230.57, you save £40.69 (15%).

15% is 39.67 according to my calculator, and the reduced price should be 224.80 - I am happy to see that my brain still works well enough to flag this up immediately.

Yeah, Etsy does the conversions itself, according to some wacky thing or other that they're not telling us lowly sellers.
