AHEM
WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE WRITE A TRILOGY ABOUT THESE THREE LADIES SO I CAN SELL YOU THE COVERS AND READ ALL ABOUT THEM?!

I'm still working on them, dealing with all the teeny little fiddly bits like head size,* but so far I rather like them. I was worried that the one in the middle would be the worst of them, but she's actually my favorite. I had to put her face on over a CG that originally had steampunk goggles and a bland smile.
I'd been looking at these CG renders for months, and yesterday got hyperfocused on them after I indulged in an idle "What if I composited a different head onto the first one..." and now here I am a trilogy later.
Ms. Left's original body. Ms. Middle's original body. Ms. Right's original body.
I removed the obvious genre markers because I wanted them to be useful for pirates OR steampunk OR gunpowder fantasy OR Weird Wild West, etc., instead of being useful for only one.
Still need to do some color corrections, adding shadows, etc., and then have to figure out backgrounds for all of them. And I'm going to do a bit more stuff with the hair on Ms Middle--maybe have the top darker and it lighten down the braids. (The original CG character has braids that aren't really color-matched to the rest of the scene, alas.) Once I do that the question is...do I put them up individually on the premade cover site, or do I make them available only as a trilogy?
* After increasing and decreasing her head a billion times I finally realized the one on the left has her head too far FORWARD and need to not make it look like that, partially by shrinking her head down and partially by...um, I don't know what yet.. The problems you get when compositing actual humans onto rendered bodies. Anyway, if I get fed up with it, I'll go find another head. I'm kind of leaning towards finding another head at this point.
