Good news so far on the cat front. We had her out yesterday from the time we got home until a bit before we went to bed, and there was only a little hissing on Sora's part. He came out and wandered around, approaching her suspiciously, and occasionally running off. On her side, she mostly ignored him unless he was nearby, in which case she'd often cautiously approach and sniff in his direction.
And this morning, when she heard us start to move around and talk, she started yelling her head off. And then Sora went and, judging by the noises, we think he may have been trying to open the door to the spare room, where she is. Hmmmm.
We may also have settled on a name, but are waiting to see if it sticks.
I didn't take any pictures last night, but here's three captures from the spycam in her quarters.
