I love this errata from the New Yorker:

A previous version of this post misidentified the type of clothing worn by the chicken in the drawing.

It is glorious without context, but if you'd like the context, it's an article on the classic children's books about Amelia Bedelia: The Secret Rebellion of Amelia Bedelia, the Bartleby of Domestic Work.

That is almost as good as the one that went something like, "Due to the writer copy-and-pasting a quote while using the "Millennials to Snake People"browser extension, the article incorrectly referred to Millennials as Snake People."
