The Wallflower is Perfect Girl Evolution? I recognize that premise. Great manga except for the part where the love interests are totally forgettable. He's spot-on about Death Note, too.

HA. "Backup" is right when realize that all four are secretly a boyband. The real reason they're socializing the wallflower isn't for the money, it's because four is unlucky but five is good for symetric wall posters.

We were talking about the Four Horsement of the Apocalypse Manga Heroes a week or so back - Angsty, Snarky, Brooding, and Cute. Does that fit them? (I can't remember .. it's been months since I read #4 and while I own #5 as of lunch today, I haven't cracked it open yet so can't recall).
