I rather like it that there's a written application for the position of Kira's right hand. It leads me to thoughts of what the interview was like "So, tell me, what strengths do you bring to the position? Can you give me examples of an occasion where there was a conflict and how you resolved it? What are your weaknesses as an employee?" And was there a PowerPoint presentation involved? XD
