To explain the joke there, it's actually a scene from the Saiyuki Reload anime where Sanzo (the blond) is injured, feverish, raving, and struggling to get up off the bed and go back to fighting the guy who beat him up. Gojyo (redhead) is actually attempting to hold Sanzo down so he won't go injure himself.
Personality-wise, Sanzo (pictured in *this* icon) is much more domineering than Gojyo, and Gojyo usually rolls over and gives in (metaphorically) whenever Sanzo bitches him out. :) and if you read the manga, you'll see there's actually a lot of mother issues on Gojyo's side, which is kinda disturbing.

not that this changes your opinionHe's the redhead in *this* icon. XDSeme/uke in Japanese yaoi is pretty much top/bottom, only with a whole host of stereotypical behaviors and apperances attached to each role.

But still not quite as disturbing as Hakkai's relationship with his sister! Or Gojyo's brother's relationship with their mother, for that matter.
Oh, Saiyuki, I love you so. You bring all the crazy fucked-up incestuous relationships to the yard!
