Nefer has been deposited at the place that's making her radioactive (in about 15 minutes, according to their schedule). She gets to hole up at the nuclear spa for a few days, and we pick her up on Friday.

ConDFW is in 3 weeks and I'm officially overwhelmed by that. Naturally, I believe I am coming down with a cold. Bah.

(If anyone has a line on any InDesign templates for digest/half-letter/A5 sized magazines with a lot of text, let me know. I'm working on editing all the content now so I can, fingers crossed, drop it into InDesign and focus on the styling this weekend.)

Thanks! This whole ordeal will probably be worse on my than on Nefer. :) She gets three whole weeks during which she doesn't have to deal with Sora! We can only be with her for 20 minutes a day during the final 2 weeks, though, to minimize radiation exposure, so I figure we split it up so she gets 40 minutes of human contact a day.

We got 2 more sets of child safety locks for lever door handles, as we can't have Sora opening the door and letting her out!
