I didn't read all the reviews, but the ones I read were missing the one type of review I REALLY hate from Amazon. The one that says "I'm giving this cookbook one star because it's full of exotic ingredients you can't find at a normal grocery store!! Who has access to these???" The last one I read like that was referring to, I forget exactly what, but it was "exotic" like Greek yogurt is exotic--in other words, most stores have it unless you are perhaps in a very, very tiny town.
