Nefer has an opinion about visiting the vet.


And here is Sora, huddling in his carrier after his HUGELY TERRIFYING ORDEAL in which two women cooed over him and complimented his large nose and told him he was being a good boy while, I admit, quickly sticking a sharp needle into his butt so he won't get rabies. IT WAS TERRIBLE

Sora may never trust me again: I went into the bathroom and he followed me, so I took advantage of it, quickly shutting the door so he ran into the closet, then following him into the closet, shutting the door, and scooping him up and putting him in the carrier before he knew it.

Nefer was the trouble kitty this time, hiding between the couch and the wall so we had to move furniture to get her!

Not so chill, but she loves going-out and showing-off in public. I think she enjoys getting complimented on what a well-behaved & pretty girl she is. She's a stubborn and sometimes pissy old cat [11 on April 19TH!] often.

Nefer's turning 12 later this year (I can't believe it!). She sometimes comes out when we have friends over, but after a while goes away because too much stimulation overwhelms her.
