The cynical part of me says "tranquilizers," although the guard-cat looks alert. The non-cynical part of me says "making sure the cats get plenty of contact with lots of humans starting from kittenhood so they no longer care."
I can't imagine trying to put our two cats in a buggy. They'd be at each other's throats in an instant.
