Of tiny pink dumbbells and fat chicks. Confession: I do own a tiny pink dumbbell. It's used for the wrist exercises I do for the RSI, and I got the pink one because I don't have to immediately go wash my hands to get the metal smell off after I use it the way I would with a metal dumbbell from a set like the one we have at home. But I understand the shorthand. :)

I love how there's one comment on there complaining about the audacity of someone to have cancer and be overweight. HOW DARE SOMEONE BE NOT SKINNY WHEN THEY HAVE CANCER, THEY MUST NOT HAVE REAL CANCER.

how can I feel sorry for your cancer when your fat is in the way- i like my cancer survivors to look like beautiful emaciated dolls with rosy cheeks and pale skin

or maybe I've been reading too much 19th century fiction about tuberculousis
