Oh yeah
My back is significantly better today: lots of Advil and leaning against an ice pack for 30 minutes last night appears to heve done the trick. I still cannot, say, quickly look at something to either side or admire the moon directly above me without a bit of stiffness and pain, but that's way, way beter than yesterday when merely sitting upright was painful.
So yay!
We have ribs on the barbecue today because oh why the hell not. (We are not celebrating Memorial Day with that, because I think one should not celebrate a day meant to be dedicated to the memory of war dead, but ribs are on sale this weekend due to National BBQ Day so we got some. We are instead eating them in a reverential manner.)
