eta: Cool story bro:

When creating release notes for a product for the first time at current job, the team lead who was production checking them sent them back to me because: "looks like there's too much whitespace between sections" (one extra [P] tag).

I facepalmed, hard. Sighed. And made the change. :p

I had someone complain at me because the street address on the website didn't look the exact same when you printed the page out. Her boss, luckily, said that he couldn't imagine that people would be printing the site out very much and quashed that.
