Yup! Although judging by the comments on Reddit, where I found it, it's only in modern browsers that it's an issue, since older ones used to close tags for you. And, also, that failure to close tags is apparently a common problem in FrontPage.

The best part of the site is when you scroll aaaall the way down to the bottom to see the "If you encounter problems" text in normal size. XD
