Thanks! And nope, it was whatever I opened it to at random. XD (She asked first if I had a book with two heads on it, which brought Komarr to mind, and then if I had a book to hold open as we kissed, and naturally A Civil Campaign was more appropriate.)

Eee, Thief of Time! That's awesome. I mean all of it is awesome. But the idea of using that particular quote in a ceremony is especially awesome. I love that book.

XD We spent some time poking about (and asking here) for quotes from genre sources that would work, and I combed through a blog I found where someone had gone to the trouble to pull every Pratchett quote that could be related to love or relationships (so I didn't have to reread 30ish books in a week!), and that one really struck a note.

Wow, more beautiful photography! What a wonderful job she did illustrating your personalities and your relationship. I love the idea of engagement photos at home in street clothes with your regular stuff around you, as a counterpoint to the wedding-wear shots.
