Adorable and mildly nauseating.

I propose "a squee of otters" as the collective noun. Yes.

Because I grew up in Mossflower Wood, my brain's auto-response was "a tribe of otters".

"The collective nouns for otters are bevy, family, lodge or romp, being descriptive of their often playful nature, or when in water raft." According to wikipedia. I enjoy the sound of "a romp of otters."

XD

The movement reminded me of a school of fish changing direction all at once, except with 100% more joie de vivre.

(Of course, I'm once again mystified by Youtube commenters. The OP apologizes for the camerawork right off the bat, so what's the point in complaining about it?)

I know! (And re: YouTube: I gave up reading most YouTube comments a while back, as they usually just served to annoy the fool out of me!)
