Open Road Media has all their ebooks - including a lot of Barbara Hambly - on sale for 60% off for Monday only. (Do not know if it's USA only.) (Edit - poking about the Open Road Media site reveals inconsistencies between the ebook stores in markdowns; maybe worth contacting them to ask about it if you're not getting the Kindle versions, which seem to be the most consistent.)

Also, Weightless Books has three coupons going this week, from 50% off Small Beer Press and Big Mouth House books, to 25% off everything else. DRM-free ebooks in multiple formats.

I grabbed a Hambly--thanks for the heads-up! I've never so much as seen a paper copy of Search the Seven Hills so I was pleased to see it in this format. :-)

Awesome! I wibbled and ended up getting The Ladies of Mandrigyn, which I loved as a teenager, and The Time of the Dark, as rachelmanija had sent me a copy several years ago that I never got around to reading and eventually got rid of when downsizing. At $1.99, I can afford to have it sit around on my Kindle while I feel vaguely guilty for not having read it yet. :)

I got a couple of non-SF books as well, and then stopped myself from buying more because we've got lots of other things we need to spend money on at the moment. XD

I think the only cheaper ebooks at Open Road are the ones were linked on that page, because I didn't see a way of buying the books but at the usual e-tailers.

Thanks for the tip on Weightless Books, Redemption in Indigo at half price is great ^^.

Kobo Books also has a Cyber Monday sale but it only seems to cover certain books.

It's marked down at the retailers' sites, or at least Amazon has them marked down; I didn't check the others. It took me a bit to work that out, especially because I misread the thing on the top right of the page and thought they were all supposed to be $ .99!

I sort of figured it out - there's that special page for the Cyberday sales and as a German when I click t hrough it isn't offered to me. I was lucky enough to have a post on DearAuthor point out a Kobo Code for OpenRoad books - and that actually worked: 60 percent off.
