This is a crappy cameraphone shot of Nefer in the shower this morning. Yes, the shower is on.





She is licking the water from the floor of the shower here, and her head was thoroughly damp from spray by the time she finished (the shower head is aimed towards the back corner).

I think it's wild water that she scavenges herself* that's great, not just live water, because I've seen her drink from water glasses that I've forgotten and are covered in dust, and the water in the bottom of the humidifier that had been sitting out for a week because I forgot to empty it, and was full of dust, cat hair, and dead flies. That shit was awesome and she drank it all.



* Okay, when I opened the shower door, she sat there looking at me until I turned the water on so not that much of a scavenge. XD

Oh I seeeee. She is not a tame cat! She can forage for herself! Just turn the shower on and she'll show you. Yeah.

Our cats have always had a strong affection for bird-bath water.

Exactly! She has no need of us overgrown apes!

If we let them out, I expect they'd be all over the bird bath.
