Toby had an allergist appointment his morning. He writes:

So - mutants. [...] I mention [Zyrtec] knocks you out. He says in controlled placebo trials of Zyrtec 4-5% of people on placebo get drowsy. In the test group, it's only about 2% more. So you are in the approximately 2% of people who actually get drowsy from Zyrtec. Congrats.
