Apr. 25th, 2004 01:18 amAfter sitting thsi afternoon at a book swap and discussing life, the universe, and fanfiction with a friend, while bemoaning how hard it is to find readable fanfic (and since I'm a snob, I've got overly high standards for it), I finally decided to put an idea I had into action and create an LJ community dedicated to recommending good fanfics. It'll probalby vanish into oblivion like most LJ communities, but I'm hoping that I'll get at least a few recommendations for things I haven't discovered yet.

fic_sans_pareil. Membership is currently by request, but that's because I have this vague sense that people might actually read the community info first if they have to request to join. I am probably wrong in this. Nevertheless, please be reassured that I'm just going to add everyone who requests to join.
Other than that ... not much happening. I set a kiriban of 2000 on my DeviantArt page and ollin was the 2000th visitor to my page, so I'm working on a drawing of Kabuto from Naruto for him.
