Got all my notes from the England internship transferred from my PDA to LiveJournal and backdated. If you care at all, go to my LJ page and read. It's not especially thrilling unless you really really want to know what exactly I was doing in England for three weeks at this local history web digitization project. The August 1st entry is the earliest.

My body clock still hasn't adjusted - it's 9:30 PM and I'm incredibly sleepy. Normally, this is the time I *begin* to do work - I'm a night owl and do most of my work in the 9 PM - 4 AM time slot. I woke up Friday morning at 4:45, today at 6:30, and I'm trying to stay awake long enough to wake up at a reasonable (for me) hour tomorrow. Of course, it's got to be early enough so that I can get a halfway decent parking space tomorrow morning at AnimeFest but not so early that I spend several hours sitting around at the con doing nothing. Plus there will be the usual party tomorrow night and I'd like to be awake enough to enjoy at least the first part of it.

I should really figure out some sort of lunch to bring so I'm not stuck with hotel food. My mad plan of throwing money at people leaving the con for lunch and having food magically appear in front of me later isn't working as planned because nobody wants to lose their parking spot so nobody's leaving. They're not actually eating as far as I can tell, either.
