A Day indeed. There's a nephew of a friend in Tokyo that has not turned up, but we're all pretty sure he's still stuck at school and can't go home and can't call. His mother borrowed a bicycle and left to go get him two hours ago and has not yet returned. But it's pretty far.

I got home and went to bed with my cats because I was upset about Japan. Cats can soothe the troubled soul.

She loves her some warm anything. The cats have not discovered my heating pad yet, but only because I haven't let them sit on it. But as I strained a muscle last night when playing Kinect (I fell down), I'll be pulling it out soon and the cats may soon discover the Fluffy Blue Warm Thing.
