That guy needs to get himself a lawyer smart enough to tell him to KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT. Seriously, every word this guy's been saying is *absolutely* going to hurt him in court, and he *will* be seeing the inside of a courtroom.
I'd hope that Paul's opponent has IMMEDIATELY gotten an ad buy showing that video juxtaposed with Paul's name and picture from now 'til Election Day. I'd hope that, but I'm sure that new stations in Kentucky probably have it on a repeating loop all day.
I am not exaggerating when I say that this makes me so angry I'm literally nauseated. He says he believes she presented a threat? That is a slim, petite 23 year old woman being pinned to the ground by more than one bulky, fully grown man. She is not struggling, or fighting. She is not armed. Please explain to me, Mr. Profitt, how it is that you thought that kind of force was even remotely warranted, if indeed you truly though she was dangerous.

There's a compelling case I read somewhere (I forget where) that this isn't a Republican thing, or even a Tea Party thing, but actually a Paul Family thing. The ppl who turn out to work for Ron Paul & Rand Paul have a regrettable tendency to be absolutely FROTHING.
