I always used to be the The One Who Attracts All The Mosquitos. I have been losing this power in recent years, being the one not getting eaten up when hanging out with my friends. Unfortunately, as I discovered after moving in with Toby, he is even less of an attractor than I have become, which means that I get all the mosquito bites when they get into the house. :/
Ex Officio makes a very effective line of insect-repelling clothing, which I personally vouch for. In particular, the shirts have long sleeves and are lightweight enough to be comfortable in the hot weather mozzies love. If you check sports outlet places like Sierra Trading Post you can get them for less than list price (which is HIGH); Ex Officio itself also sometimes has sales of last-season's colors and so on through their website.
If you live in a place where mosquitos are common, you might want to try one out.
They even have socks, but I have not been so desperate as that yet.
Sadly, I might need to spring for the socks because if I got out in longsleeves and pants but flip flops? I discover I have 5 mosquito bites on my feet! /o\

Get some calamine lotion -- it may help.
