Sora leaves. Nefer takes advantage.



Sora returns.



Nefer leaves. Sora takes advantage.




Sora begins to doubt his choice.



Sora leaves. Nefer takes advantage.

Nefer returns. Sora begins to doubt his choice.




SLAP FIGHT!

Nefer leaves at the end of the fight, followed by Sora. Nefer returns to find both boxes empty, and makes her choice, followed by Sora. Note the new box positioning, an attempt to make such slap fights less likely to occur, as the cats have to expend enough energy to actually lean over to their opponent. It seems to be successful, so far.




Nefer begins to doubt her choice.



Sora is intrigued, and seizes his opportunity.




Nefer returns and takes the empty box.



All is quiet. For a while, at least.

Awwwww! I loved the video clip of the slapfight - the ting! every time they caught the lamp gave it a boxing match feel.

LOL! Two of my cats do that with the cat beds. I was forced to move them further apart for the same reason. It doesn't help that the little female barely tolerates the presence of the male cat.
