An .htaccess file. (http://altlab.com/htaccess_tutorial.html) :) It redirects all image requests that come from sites I don't explicitly allow to that picture. It doesn't work for all referrers, for whatever reason I don't understand, but for the vast majority of sites and browsers it works just fine.
